Terms of the drainage pilot.

Who these terms are with

The pilot is run by HardyCommerce Group LLC under the name Bolteniq ("we"). Requesting a pilot run, by the form or by email, means you agree to these terms on behalf of your firm.

The pilot

A free, supervised pilot on City of Austin site plans. There is no charge and no commitment to buy. Either of us can end it at any time.

What the findings are

The software reads drainage values from a plan set and checks them against the City of Austin DCM, ECM and LDC. What it flags is a suggestion for a licensed engineer to check and confirm. A finding is not an engineering judgment, an approval, or a City review.

Bolteniq does not design

Bolteniq is software. It does not design drainage, seal plans or act as engineer of record. Your PE stays responsible for the plans and every value in them.

Your plans

We use your plans to run the pilot and to test and improve the checks. How we handle them is in our privacy policy.

No warranty

The pilot is provided as is, without any warranty. The software can miss errors and can flag values that are correct.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, HardyCommerce Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions made on the strength of a finding. Our total liability arising from the pilot is limited to US$100.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them is resolved in the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.
